JAPANESE BILINGUAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Sales Representative -Japanese Bilingual

Employment: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Salary Range: $75-90K (DOE)

Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401K

Work Hours: 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM

Work Location: Torrance, CA

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products/services to established clients and develop new leads
• Turn leads into qualified opportunities by outbound/inbound phone calling and consultative selling skills
• Develop relationships with existing clients through close communication and follow-up
• Collaborate with the internal technical team in Japan (headquarters) to qualify new and existing opportunities
• Provide customer support to solve complex problems and technical inquiries by communicating with the internal team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher education (in any major)
• 3 years of B2B sales experience in any industry.
• 2-3 years of experience in the electronic parts industry is highly preferred
• Must be bilingual in English and Japanese
• Strong communication skills
